The ideal Education & Development Senior Analyst is tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies while managing a team to foster effective skill and knowledge development across the organization. Driven by a passion for education, you will strive to create robust structures that empower the sales team with the tools needed to achieve excellence in performance. Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and product teams, you will enhance tools and resources aimed at optimizing the sales force's performance at DiDi Food.
Your role includes continuous improvement of content, materials, and training sessions to elevate the sales organization. You will lead impactful training programs aimed at enhancing performance and conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for further growth in DiDi Food.
Create and manage training programs, learning solutions/projects (face to face, virtual or blended).
Leading a team to meet the training needs of the commercial team through the management of learning projects. From needs identification to course implementation, including instructional design and materials development.
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales team performance.
Overseeing the integration and utilization of learning technologies and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, virtual classrooms) to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
Conducting regular and systematic needs analysis to identify emerging training needs or gaps within the sales team and proactively addressing them.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across different departments (e.g., strategy, operations, HR) to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the training function, including updating training materials, methodologies, and delivery formats based on feedback and industry best practices.
Increase productivity of the team by providing them with the knowledge tools that will help them to provide a better experience to the restaurants
Lead the training sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, food engineering, marketing, psychology, pedagogy or any business administrative career.
Preferable specialization or master's degree in business administration, teaching, marketing, sales
3 years experience in training and development management (essential) 2 years working with commercial teams (essential)
Communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented and accurate
People´s person. Excellent communicator with a passion for teaching others.
Prior experience training sales teams is a must.
