We’re seeking a highly accountable, data-driven Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage analytics to shape product priorities, improve operations efficiency and enhance customer experience. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, ensuring scalable growth and strong customer loyalty. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning data into action—bridging the gap between analysis and execution while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive real impact. 

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll drive real change. As a Senior Operations Analyst, your insights will fuel smarter decisions, seamless operations, and stronger customer connections.   • Use data from the entire customer journey to identify and prioritize key opportunities for growth and efficiency.

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and post-sales experience.

  • Continuously improve strategies based on data insights, ensuring clear, measurable business results.



  • Take full accountability for the end-to-end analysis process, from identifying the problem to executing solutions, ensuring all actions are tied to measurable business outcomes.

  • Use critical thinking and creativity to solve real life business challenges, driving enhanced customer experiences and improved post-sales interactions.



  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives, keeping all stakeholders informed and accountable for results.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations analyst, business analyst, or data analyst role.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 

  • Proven ability to lead the end-to-end execution of initiatives or special projects.

  • SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and R (or other data analysis tools) to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives from conception to execution.

  • Communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying data insights in a compelling and understandable way for diverse audiences.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to relate data to business objectives, making strategic decisions that align with company goals.

  • A creative, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuously improving.
