Team Overview

Being part of the KA Strategy team for LatAm will place you in a challenging workplace full of exciting projects with different teams and on different countries. You will be working cross-functionally to help us achieve ambitious growth goals while increasing the profitability of our portfolio. Inside KA Strategy you will find a team evolving constantly, adapting to markets while ensuring reporting, strategy and analysis are all simultaneously developed.

Role Responsibilities


  • Actively designing the operational strategy and its execution for users (customers) on the DiDi Food platform (for the region).

  • Generate value-added insights through data-driven analysis to improve and scale commercial operations.

  • Support the set up of promotions, banners and resources in-app.

  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.

  • Coordinate data gathering activities and keep databases up to date

Role Qualifications


  • Student pursuing an Engineering, Business or related degree (graduation date must be at least 12 months from the hiring date and preferably no longer than 1.5 years)

  • Passionate or strongly interested in the Technology and Start-up environment

  • Analytical and structmmunication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to learn and develop his/her skillset; Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature;

  • Highly proficient in both Spanish and English is essential

  • Great command of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Programming languages skills (Python, SQL and R) are highly appreciated but not required

  • Availability to work at least 6 hours per day or equivalent to 30 hours per week

  • Prior experience in Business/Tech is a plus
