We’re seeking a highly accountable and data-driven Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll own high-impact initiatives, leveraging analytics to shape business strategies, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. As a key player in our team, you’ll lead cross-functional collaborations, ensuring alignment between data insights and business execution.

As a key player of this team you will:


Strategic Execution & Business Impact




  • Define and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.




  • Use data analytics to shape product priorities, optimize workflows, and improve the overall customer journey.




  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that support long-term business success. 




Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with product, commercial, and customer experience teams to align operational goals with business objectives.




  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that impact company priorities.




  • Establish best practices and ensure operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.




Ownership & Problem-Solving




  • Take full accountability for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and ensuring initiatives are successfully executed with measurable outcomes.




  • Lead key projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.




  • Drive innovation in post-sales interactions, customer experience, and operational efficiency.




 

Role Qualifications

Education:



  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business analysis, preferably in data-driven environment.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.




  • Experience managing projects, optimizing processes, and implementing scalable solutions.




  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders


    Education:




    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.




    Technical skills:




    • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) for reporting and modeling.




    • Ability to run A/B testing and interpret results for optimization.




    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to communicate insights effectively.
