Role Responsibilities


  • A creative, analytical and motivated person who wants to begin a career in the Marketing team and Fintech industry.

  • Providing significant support to the Marketing Manager in the Marketing Daily User Campaigns, Analytics and Reporting. 

  • Deep diving in customer service interactions to identify qualitative insights and improvement opportunities.

  • Supporting market research and A/B tests to identify opportunities.

  • Benchmarking analysis and reporting, highlighting relevant insights. 

  • Supporting Marketing campaigns impacting traffic, growth and engagement.

Role Qualifications


  • Students of bachelor’s degree (Mainly Marketing or related Education).

  • Fluency English and Spanish.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Knowledge and interest in data analysis applied to business and marketing.

  • Deeper interest in Marketing Strategy in the Fintech industry. 

  • Interest in a hands on team player role, as well as self driven way of working.

  • A creative and analytical thinking. 

  • Decision making based on data and insights.
