Team Overview

The Senior Analyst for Inside Sales Operations will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving sales processes, and supporting the execution of key operational strategies. This individual will be responsible for developing performance dashboards, executing detailed sales analyses, supporting CRM implementation and optimization, and acting as a strategic advisor to the Director of Inside Sales Operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving efficiency and clarity in fast-paced commercial environments.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Sales Operations Analysis & Reporting





    • Monitor and analyze performance across outreach channels, conversion funnels, and BPO delivery.




    • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track individual and team performance.




    • Present insights and strategic recommendations to the Inside Sales Director for decision-making.





 




  • Process Optimization & Workflow Design





    • Identify and propose improvements to existing sales workflows and data flows.




    • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure new processes are scalable, measurable, and easy to adopt.




    • Support documentation and training around new procedures.





 




  • CRM Implementation & Management





    • Act as a key contributor to CRM platform implementation, customization, and adoption.




    • Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, product, data) to ensure seamless integration of the CRM with business needs.




    • Ensure data integrity and user compliance within the CRM ecosystem.





 




  • Operational Support & Strategic Projects





    • Support the Director with analytical preparation for business reviews, headcount planning, forecasting, and ad hoc strategic initiatives.




    • Serve as a thought partner in exploring automation, AI, or tooling opportunities.




    • Track and report progress of operational priorities, pilots, and experiments.

  • Weekly and monthly performance reports and insights decks




  • CRM configuration and optimization documentation




  • Dashboards and operational enablement tools




  • Process mapping and improvement plans




 

Role Qualifications

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics or related field




  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or CRM administration roles




  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and metrics




  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)




  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar




  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience




 


Preferred Skills:




  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementation projects




  • SQL or data modeling skills




  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
