As a Senior Business & Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing business processes, and identifying growth opportunities for our B2B mobility solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, and develop strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. Your expertise in analytics, critical thinking, and process-driven problem-solving will be key to unlocking new opportunities and scaling our impact.
Leverage data analysis to identify trends, measure business performance, and uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
Develop and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability in sales, operations, and product initiatives.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and inform decision-making.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and execute data-driven initiatives.
Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and market segmentation efforts to enhance business growth.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue and operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills with strong capability in data modeling, SQL, and excel
