Team Overview

Our B2B team is responsible for developing and scaling our enterprise mobility solutions, enabling businesses to optimize corporate travel and employee transportation through innovative ride-hailing services. We operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where analytical insights and structured processes drive our strategy and execution.


 

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Business & Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing business processes, and identifying growth opportunities for our B2B mobility solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, and develop strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. Your expertise in analytics, critical thinking, and process-driven problem-solving will be key to unlocking new opportunities and scaling our impact.


Key Responsibilities




  • Leverage data analysis to identify trends, measure business performance, and uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.




  • Develop and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability in sales, operations, and product initiatives.




  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and inform decision-making.




  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.




  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and execute data-driven initiatives.




  • Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and market segmentation efforts to enhance business growth.




  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue and operational improvements.




 

Role Qualifications

What We’re Looking For




  • Strong analytical skills with strong capability in data modeling, SQL, and excel




  • Critical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions.




  • Process-oriented mindset, with experience in optimizing workflows and implementing scalable operational improvements.




  • Hands-on experience in growth analysis, business strategy, or revenue optimization.




  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
