This role will have a high level of autonomy which requires a hand ons professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and clients engagement, developing and executing tactical campaigns, go-to-market strategies, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional strategies to drive growth and awareness of B2B.

Brand Strategy & Development
Developing and executing B2B marketing strategies: Plan and implement data-driven campaigns to support business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand positioning.
Strategizing, establishing, and implementing brand ecosystem guidelines for new ventures and product innovations, ensuring alignment with overarching brand identity.
Driving brand differentiation through storytelling, content strategy, and consumer engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Strategizing, planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on the yearly campaign calendar across paid media and organic channels (digital, social, OOH, partnerships, and PR initiatives).
Collaborating with creative, media, and product teams to develop innovative campaigns that amplify brand presence and customer engagement.
Measuring and analyzing campaign performance, leveraging insights to continuously optimize brand strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Managing the institutional brand in collaboration with government affairs, corporate communications, and sustainability teams.
Leading brand integration into corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and stakeholder expectations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
