· Implementar políticas y procedimientos para los controles internos en la cobranza para los BPO´s
· Estar a cargo de asegurar que el personal necesario esté disponible dentro de cada BPO.
· Preparar informes, realizar análisis y monitorear continuamente los resultados de gestión para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
· Mantener supervisión directa sobre los BPO´s mediante una comunicación constante, con el objetivo de mejorar y maximizar la recuperación.
· Brindar soporte diario a los BPO´s en cuanto a: soporte técnico, usuarios de PIXIU, conectividad, y problemas del sistema.
· Preparar reportes informativos para el Supervisor y el Manager del equipo en relación a los resultados de la gestión sobre los BPO´s
