Recruitment strategy and policy planning. Based on business development plans and goals, formulate corresponding recruitment policies and activities, and be responsible for executing and iterating recruitment efforts, promptly identifying and resolving issues during the recruitment process.
Establishment and follow-up of target assessment policies. Break down monthly specific goals and incentive assessment policies for vendors and business management based on business objectives, ensure the goals and assessments are communicated to business management and vendors, monitor the goal attainment process, identify issues, and liaise with business management to resolve them, ensuring targets are met.
Development of vendor management tools. Understand the daily work of vendors and business management, and collaborate with the product team to build relevant tools to empower vendor management of couriers.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with regional manager teams and business partners, considering problems and solutions from different perspectives to collectively progress toward business goals.
Proficient in labor relations and labor policies in the Mexican market, with the ability to apply them flexibly.
Proficient in setting and managing goals for vendor and business management roles, and capable of flexibly driving goal attainment based on business objectives and resource capabilities.
