Team Overview

At DiDi Food, we're reshaping the food delivery industry by leveraging technology to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, restaurants and curriers partners. Our Small and Medium Restaurants Strategy team is searching for a Sr. Analyst who is passionate about strategy and dedicated to being a key driver of support for the commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the food delivery landscape in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica while directly influencing key business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


As a Sr. Analyst at DiDi Food, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies that drive improve business operations, and foster strong relationships with restaurant partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's mission to deliver a seamless and valuable experience for users and partners alike.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support DiDi Food's growth and operational success, driving key projects that enhance overall restaurants performance. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring that DiDi Food remains a leader in the highly competitive food delivery market.

Role Responsibilities


  • Executing the commercial offering implementation plan, including event setup on the platform and communication strategies.

  • Addressing inquiries and resolving concerns from the commercial team regarding the commercial offering.

  • Monitoring performance metrics and conducting alignment sessions with the commercial teams in Mexico and MACPE to ensure consistency with business objectives.

  • Providing actionable insights and detailed reports to the commercial team, supporting informed decision-making and driving strategic improvements.

  • Collaborating with the Product team to ensure the successful implementation of new commercial strategies, fostering innovation and operational efficiency.

  • Managing the budget and closing performance gaps to ensure financial goals are consistently achieved.

  • Leading key projects aimed at enhancing restaurant performance, optimizing operations, and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Working cross-functionally to refine and execute strategic initiatives, contributing to sustainable business growth.

Role Qualifications


  • At least three years of experience in a related role, preferably in strategy, engagement, or stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess strategic performance.

  • Proficiency in creating and presenting structured reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on flexibility and meeting strategic goals.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships in a multicultural environment.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth.
