As the Communications & Culture Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a value and cultural-oriented workplace. You will support communication and culture strategies, organize culture-building initiatives, and ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with our mission and business goals.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide announcements, newsletters, and updates via email, internal chat, intranet, and other channels.
Support leadership in cascading key messages, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Manage internal communication platforms and keep content up to date.
Help create engaging multimedia content (videos, presentations, graphics) to enhance communication.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events and recognition programs.
Assist in managing employee feedback channels (e.g., surveys, eNPS) and help implement action plans.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to reinforce align company values and with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with our Education team to design and effectively communicate training strategies.
Track engagement metrics and participation in culture and communication initiatives.
Assist with logistics for company-wide meetings, summits, and leadership Q&A sessions.
Maintain an internal content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
Experience: 2+ years in internal communications, HR, culture coordination, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, engaging, and inclusive messages.
Creativity: Strong storytelling skills with an eye for design (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Passion for Culture: Genuine interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and communication initiatives.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with communication tools (Hubspot, intranet platforms) and basic analytics.
Experience in a startup, tech, or food delivery company.
Background in HR, marketing, or event planning.
Knowledge of employee engagement platforms.
