Team Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a high-energy, fast-growing company, where you’ll have a real impact across the organisation. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping financial strategies and influencing key decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with various teams to help build financial systems for new business divisions, and you’ll dive deep into data to uncover opportunities, risks, and financial insights that drive growth.

Role Responsibilities


  • ·  Collaborate with business leaders to craft financial strategies and plans that drive the success of edge business divisions;

  • · Dive into detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide decision-making and track the company’s progress;

  • ·  spot financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to optimise performance;

  • · Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with business objectives;

  • · Collaborate across teams on exciting projects that drive product and data-related financial initiatives, reducing financial risks while helping the business thrive;

  • · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies;

  • · Mentor and support junior finance team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Role Qualifications


  • ·  A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a STEM field; if you’ve got a CPA/CMA, MBA, or similar, that’s a plus;

  • ·  5+ years of experience in a finance-related role (bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!);

  • · Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis;

  • ·  Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering strategic insights;

  • · A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and work effectively with people at all levels;

  • Advanced in both English and Portuguese.
