As part of the broader Central Ops organization, as a pricing analyst you will have to monitor, structure and execute everything related to pricing, from monitoring of the marketplace, to improving user experience while managing to reach business and financial goals. This position will be responsible for building frameworks & insights that make every day easier understanding the marketplace and anticipating future behaviors within the ride-hailing business. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven mindset, prioritization capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution. The role will demonstrate leadership in multi-skill projects and initiatives.
In this role you will…
Work on the region’s pricing strategy with the leadership team;
Create frameworks to improve decision-making;
Analyze data to understand user behavior, generating actionable insights;
Develop a methodology to optimize pricing decisions;
Collaborate with different areas like operations, marketing, product, and growth
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degrees)
1-3 years of experience in consultancy, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, business improvement, business intelligence, and other related fields
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Great at communication and stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional projects across countries
Ability to learn and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality
Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into smaller and simpler ones, and capable of explaining and communicating them clearly
Tolerance of working in ambiguous and changing environments, great attention to detail and proactivity
Professional proficiency level in English and Spanish
