Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to align priorities and ensure execution of governance initiatives.
Support project and stakeholder management by organizing follow-ups, tracking action items, and ensuring timely updates across teams involved in governance initiatives
Monitor and analyze key metrics to track performance and determine key insights for improvement.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in platform policies.
Support the development and enhancement of internal tools and product features by providing analytical input and user behavior insights.
Help document processes, track implementation progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
Advanced English;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
Hands-on approach;
Master in Excel data processing;
Independent and strong critical thinking;
Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
