About the Role:

Our DiDi Coporate Partnerships team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented operations Intern to support our day-to-day activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a dynamic organization. The Operations Intern will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships and Electric Vehicles team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our core processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to operational performance


• Provide support in managing and organizing key operational data and records


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization


• Learn and utilize relevant software and tools to support operational efficiency


• Undertake other operational tasks and projects as assigned

A key stakeholder to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations team by assisting with various tasks:

• Creating reports and provide deep analysis


• Documenting and improving processes


• Managing and analyzing operational data


• Providing project support


• Offering administrative support


• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
