As part of the Entrega Ecosystem team, this position will act mapping the driver's journey and providing insights on how to improve it through product development or improvement, bug fixing, communication, etc.
This position will also be responsible to perform benchmarks from competitors to ensure that 99 is offering the best experience and if there are opportunities to make it better.
In this role you will be part of the team responsible for the driver ecosystem strategy and the main activities will be:
- Perform benchmarks from the competitors to support business decisions
- Support on courier journey mapping
- Mapping competitors new features and solutions
- Perform analysis to identify the initiatives with biggest impacts to support on prioritization
- Support on project management activities
