#LI-HybridThe team provides assisting with a variety of questions across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits, pay and vendor management etc
- Responsible for the HR lifycycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer etc.)
- Providing inquiry advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislations;.
- Oversee HR operations and ensure the pre-established targets/deadlines are met with effective planning and team capacity management.
- Ensure the service is delivered meeting the required SLA. Analyze the opeartional data to identify issue areas, causes and insights, as well as come up with necessary action plans.
- Work cross-functionally with correlated areas providing effective solution through HR lifecycle.
- Conduct regular business review; identify and implement customer solutions mitigating risks and pain-points.
- Ensure the SOP is regularly reviewed following the SOP mechanism.
- Manage large projects independently - executing plan, scheduling and prioritizing to achieve results in accordance to stablished work plan.
- Monitor vendors' performance and quality of the support to the area.
- 7+ years of experience in working with HR operations (payroll or personnel administration etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HR Operations management in a global scale and multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Undertake complex assignments: disassembling the problem, structuring the methodology to solve it, selecting the suitable tool & method for data analysis, and generating insights to provide effcient resolution.
- Critical thinking: based on facts and data, skillfully analyze problems and generate a structured approach for that
- Be able to manage high volume of data and prioritize multiple projcts.
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written communication skills).
