Creative Hub a multidisciplinary and diverse team focused on driving brand and business results through creative strategies. We lead projects and collaborate with internal and external partners to build world-class communication and strengthen a global creative community at 99 | DiDi.

Role Responsibilities

 



  • Team and Partner Management: Lead the internal team and external agencies, fostering creative excellence, integration, and performance.

  • Editorial Planning: Oversee monthly planning and tactical/institutional campaigns, focusing on relevant and high-quality content.

  • Analysis and Optimization: Monitor KPIs, extract insights, and lead continuous improvement cycles.

  • Culture and Trends: Anticipate trends and position the brand authentically within cultural conversations.

  • Crisis and Reputation Management: Partner with the corporate communications team to ensure a responsive, empathetic, and responsible brand presence.

  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the social media budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.

  • Influencer & Creator Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer and creator campaigns aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.

Role Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or specialization is a plus.

  • Fluent English is required.

  • Experience: Proven and solid experience in managing social media for large brands or high-impact projects.

  • Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in social platforms, management, and analytics tools.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop integrated narratives and brand-aligned strategies.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide teams and partners with clarity, empathy, and results focus.

  • Portfolio/Projects: Must present previous work that demonstrates strategic thinking, creativity, and social media impact.
