If you're passionate about audiovisual production and brand experiences, highly organized, agile, and a creative problem-solver, this role is for you. You’ll lead the end-to-end execution of 360° campaigns — from scripts and content to brand activations and live experiences — always aligned with the brand’s voice and business goals.
As a Creative Production Sr. Analyst, you will oversee the production of creative content and live brand experiences — from script development to audiovisual delivery and on-the-ground execution of brand activations.
You will manage projects across all stages (ON, OFF, LIVE), ensuring production excellence, budget control, and cross-functional alignment. You'll also play a strategic role in bringing the brand to life through experiences that connect emotionally and culturally with our audiences.
Production Coordination: ideation, pre-production, approvals, filming, and post-production.
Creative & Strategic Support: Review scripts, timelines, and proposals to ensure alignment with the brand and business goals.
Live Marketing & Brand Experiences: Produce brand activations and in-person experiences that reinforce positioning and deepen audience connection.
Budget Management: Estimate and manage production and activation budgets; support contracts, invoices, and vendor payments with legal and finance teams.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main contact between the creative hub, production partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
On-Site & Remote Support: Be present during recordings, events, and activations — either on-site or remotely.
Workflow Management: Ensure timelines, deliverables, and internal processes run smoothly from start to finish.
Experience: At least 5 years in audiovisual or event production (advertising, digital, TV, or production companies).
On-Site Experience: Strong presence and coordination during video shoots and live events.
Storytelling & Communication: Great at translating creative ideas into production realities.
Organization & Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
Cross-Channel Expertise: Knowledge of digital, broadcast, and live event production.
English: Advanced or fluent
Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking.
Attention to detail and high creative standards.
Understanding of platform-native content (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Passion for storytelling, innovation, and mobility.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with clear goals.
Experience in producing brand activations or live marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Monday, Frame.io, or similar.
Previous work with socially driven or culturally relevant projects.
Understanding of branding, performance content, and consumer engagement.
