Team Overview

Being the Eater Engagement Operations Senior Analyst for DiDi Food Central and South America will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the region.


 


This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer-inspired analytical thinking, execution excellence & interpersonal ability. You will be involved in: (i) definition of the overall business operation strategy, (ii) support the team structuring initiatives that will allow increasing traffic and eater frequency/retention, and (iii) work closely with experts in operations in market intelligence and user research campaigns with impact throughout Spanish Speaking Latam.

Role Responsibilities


  • Develop, execute and analyze user retention and order frequency strategies at a country and city level.

  • Be a relentless advocate for the users experience and growth; translate that perspective into initiatives across teams that touch product operations, marketing and communications at a national and regional level.

  • Proactively conduct and coordinate analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes at a national level.

  • Perform competition analysis and benchmarking; analyze pricing, features, strengths and weaknesses.  

  • Become an influential stakeholder within the restaurant, courier, and functional operations teams.

  • Translate strategy into results: manage execution against key milestones and targets; manage a high performing team that is responsible for city operations and growth optimization.

Role Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of demonstrated success in high-performance environments with strategy and operations focus. Operational/analytical experience gained in tech industry, consulting, marketing or operations management.

  • Bachelor Degree: Quantitative field (e.g. business, management, engineering, innovation and design, marketing, economics, etc.)

  • Clear strategic thinker: Used to navigate ambiguous, data-rich environments to define a strategic vision and structure it into actionable components for a team.

  • Data-driven: The use of logic and data is central to your decision-making process. It is paramount to strategies you craft and decisions you make.

  • Analytical tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (MS Excel & PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, and Docs). Understanding of SQL, Python, R, and/or Power BI to use these tools on a daily basis.

  • Passion to drive changes and improvement: you have experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions Hands-on mentality and self-starter: you feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level.

  • Soft skills: Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, ability to collaborate effectively, proactivity, innovative thinking, agile problem-solving, strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively within the team and in the organization.

  • Full proficiency in English & Spanish
