Team Overview

The Strategy and Planning Head is a crucial leadership position within DiDi´s organization. It is a role that will shape the strategic direction of all Delivery operations in Spanish Speaking Latin America. Leading a team, the Strategy and Planning Head is responsible for defining key objectives, allocating resources, enhancing processes and leading key projects. 


It is a role that that requires strong consultative collaboration with senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders. 


 


 

Role Responsibilities


  • Leading strategic planning by setting goals, defining priorities, and allocating resources in collaboration with senior executives and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local objectives and global goals.

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making, ensuring recommendations are grounded in robust facts and logic.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and developing actionable plans to enhance processes, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Designing frameworks and tools to track progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability across key initiatives.

  • Fostering collaboration across teams, including local operations, sales, and functional units, to drive alignment and synergy.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform long-term strategic decision-making.
