We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution.
Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google App Campaigns and Search (Web)
Meta
TikTok Ads
Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Liftoff)
Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills
Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars
Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutions
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment
Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI and MarTech available
2–4 years of experience managing performance media campaigns
Solid hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Google UAC/Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic DSPs
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)
Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
Analytical mindset: able to derive meaningful insights from large datasets
A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in English – this is a must
Experience A/B testing frameworks
Experience with incrementality testing frameworks is a plus
