Team Overview

We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities




  • Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:





    • Google App Campaigns and Search (Web)




    • Meta




    • TikTok Ads




    • Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Liftoff)





 




  • Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines




  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency




  • Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills




  • Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars




  • Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutions




  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams




  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment




  • Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI and MarTech available



Role Qualifications

Qualifications




  • 2–4 years of experience managing performance media campaigns




  • Solid hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Google UAC/Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic DSPs




  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)




  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills




  • Analytical mindset: able to derive meaningful insights from large datasets




  • A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude




  • Comfortable working in English – this is a must




  • Experience A/B testing frameworks




  • Experience with incrementality testing frameworks is a plus
