Role Responsibilities



  • Insight Generation: Analyze paid marketing data to surface patterns, trends, and insights that influence key business decisions.




  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Support deep dives into channel, campaign, and audience-level performance to uncover growth opportunities.




  • Data Visualization: Build dashboards and reports that bring clarity to complex data — helping teams take action faster.




  • Experimentation: Help design and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments to optimize strategies and improve ROI.




  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and data teams to align on goals and bring your analysis to life.



Role Qualifications





    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.




    • Strong SQL skills – this is a must. You should feel comfortable querying large datasets and using SQL as a core tool for analysis.




    • Analytical mindset – able to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights.




    • Technical proficiency – ideally some experience with Python or other analytical tools.




    • Clear communication – able to present findings in a compelling, structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences.




    • Detail-oriented – accuracy in analysis and reporting is critical.




    • Responsibility and ownership – we value team members who are dependable, take initiative, and follow through.




    • Team player – collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute in a cross-functional environment.




    • Curious and adaptable – always learning, open to feedback, and eager to explore new methods or technologies.
