Team Overview

At DiDi Food, we're reshaping the food delivery industry by leveraging technology to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, restaurant partners, and couriers. Our Small and Medium (SMEs) Restaurants Strategy team is looking for a Sr. Analyst who is passionate about strategic decision-making and execution, and eager to be a key partner to our commercial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the food delivery landscape across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica, while directly impacting key business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


As a Sr. Analyst in Acquisition Strategy, you will play a leading role in developing and executing ideas that improve business operations and strengthen relationships with our restaurant partners. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and aligned with our mission of delivering seamless, valuable experiences for both users and partners.


This role is a key part of DiDi Food's growth and operational success. You will drive high-impact projects that enhance restaurant performance and support our continued leadership in the competitive food delivery market.


 

Role Responsibilities



  1. Execute the commercial offering plan, including platform setup and communication cadences.




  2. Address inquiries and resolve concerns from the commercial team regarding commercial campaigns.




  3. Monitor performance metrics and lead alignment sessions with commercial teams in Mexico, Colombia, Perú and Costa Rica to ensure strategic consistency.




  4. Provide actionable insights and detailed reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.




  5. Support in leadership initiatives for commercial improvement.




  6. Propose, implement and lead strategic initiatives that improve order growth and restaurant acquisition while striving for top quality partners.




  7. Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the successful rollout of new features, strategies and operational guidelines.




  8. Manage budgets and close performance gaps to meet financial targets.




  9. Lead key projects focused on identifying restaurant potential and quantifying business opportunity.




  10. Present weekly and monthly results to cross-functional teams, as well as leadership teams.




  11. Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring success through continuous optimization and alignment with strategic goals




 

Role Qualifications



  1. At least 3 years of experience in a related role, ideally in strategy, engagement, or stakeholder management.




  2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and improve strategic performance.




  3. Experience creating and presenting structured reports that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.




  4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.




  5. Comfort working in a fast-paced, quick-changing, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and achieving results.




  6. A collaborative mindset, able to work across functions and manage relationships in multicultural settings.




  7. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude, committed to continuous learning and improvement.




  8. SQL knowledge on basic querying and database handling.




  9. Python or R knowledge is preferred.




  10. Availability to attend Mexico’s Headquarters three days a week
