Team Overview

Being part of the Sales Operations team for DiDi Food will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in LATAM. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, development and growth of the DiDi Food business in LATAM. Role Responsibilities



  • Leading, driving, and delivering strategic projects successfully, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time, and budget requirements while aligning with organizational goals




  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status.




  • Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.




  • Translate complex problems into actionable steps and drive resolution through structured planning.




  • Support the implementation of new tools, processes, or strategies across the commercial team.




  • Ensure project outcomes deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement.




 

Role Qualifications

 




  • 6+ years of proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive execution in high-performance environments with operation and strategy focus.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).




  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery)




  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking




  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Spanish and English.




  • Experience working with commercial or sales teams is highly valued.




  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).




  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.




  • Hands-on mentality and self-starter: you feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




  • Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
