Team Overview

We are seeking a Workplace Experience & Facilities Manager to lead the transformation and day-to-day evolution of our work environments. This role goes beyond operational facilities management, focusing on creating an exceptional workplace experience that fosters connection, creativity, and employee well-being, also create a great atmosphere to receive our colleagues from other countries and provide all preparation to reception the executives from our Head Quarter. In addition to shaping physical spaces, the role will oversee procurement related to workplace needs and be part of cross-functional projects with other countries related to administration and Facilities scope.

Role Responsibilities


  • Design and implement strategies that enhance the physical, emotional, and cultural experience of employees in the workplace.

  • Act as a key connector between people, space, and culture—ensuring work environments align with company values and promote collaboration, inclusivity, and engagement.

  • Partner with HR, People & Culture, IT, Safety and EHS, and Internal Communications to deliver seamless in-office experiences and activations.

  • Gather feedback and data to continuously improve space usability, comfort, and employee satisfaction.

  • Travel and Hotel management due to our colleagues from another country have the best experience.

  • Provide the best experience and prepare all requests about our senior leaders from HQ visits.

  • Oversee procurement activities related to workplace infrastructure, office supplies, furniture, and other Facilities related that supports physical environments.

  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Establish procurement processes aligned with company policies and operational agility.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree (Engineering, Architecture, Business or other similar courses)

  • Proven at least 7 years with experience in workplace and facilities management with a focus on employee experience.

  • Strong background in project management and procurement processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced English mandatory and Spanish is a plus.
