Team Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic TA initiatives and overseeing key programs that shape candidate experience, internal mobility, and global TA governance.

As part of the Global TA Ops team, you’ll work alongside a dynamic group responsible for building the infrastructure behind our recruiting efforts — including interview operations, recruitment tools, process excellence, and talent programs that scale across regions. Your focus will be primarily on the Overseas market, helping to build best-in-class experiences and programs that drive hiring efficiency, consistency, and impact.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve strategic TA programs, including Employee Referral Program, Internal Transfer Program, and Alumni Engagement Program.

  • Be the process owner of TA policies and standards across the Overseas market, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting for local nuances.

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators (Candidate Experience Analysts) responsible for interview scheduling, candidate experience and logistics across multiple regions.

  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders in TA, HR, and business functions to ensure consistent and scalable execution.

  • Continuously analyze data and feedback to improve program effectiveness, candidate experience, and team performance.

  • Support global TA initiatives by identifying best practices and helping localize solutions for regional implementation.

Role Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Programs, or People Operations — preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Proven experience managing or leading teams in coordination, operations, or program delivery.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of owning and scaling global initiatives.

  • Ability to navigate complexity, think strategically, and execute with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Professional fluency in English is required.

  • Experience in tech, mobility, or multinational environments is a strong plus.
