Team Overview

We seek a Senior Social Media Analyst to join our team and help boost DiDi's presence in Spanish-speaking LATAM.


You will be key in guiding and executing our social-first strategy, coordinating impactful campaigns, and enhancing our engagement across social platforms.


The role requires a deep understanding of social media, excellent communication, and project management skills. Your expertise in social media, including editorial thinking, influencer marketing, and Marketing and data-driven insights, will be crucial to elevating our brand's voice and growing our online community.


This role is based in Mexico.

Role Responsibilities


  • Oversee Social Media Channels: Monitoring local social channels in the SSL region (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube) to grow awareness and engagement, working closely with agencies and internal teams to plan, approve, boost, and monitor campaigns.

  • Developing and Executing Campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaign creation, from strategic planning to execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand voice—ability to translate business objectives into effective Social Media.

  • Elevating Editorial Content: Craft engaging, social-first content that resonates with our audience, focusing on real-time marketing and community building. This work will be accompanied by our current SoMe agency. Familiarity with influencers' social behaviours and trends.

  • Show a strong strategic marketing vision: To frame editorial brand content, understand audience and niche behaviours, user journey, competitive analysis, and digital marketing optimization.

  • Driving Influencer Marketing: Experience identifying, recommending, and analyzing creators aligned with brand values, monitoring content performance, and optimizing. Follow up on assigned campaigns and the ability to oversee execution, deliverables, and campaign performance.

  • Measuring Performance & Budget Management: Analyze KPIs, optimize data-based strategies, and manage budgets effectively.

Role Qualifications


  • +5 years of experience in Social Media and Marketing, preferably with expertise in services related to delivery, ride-hailing, or tech industries.

  • A solid understanding of social platforms, digital marketing principles, editorial content strategies, and Social Tools for measurement

  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful results.

  • Experience operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional company with attention to detail.

  • Time management skills to work on different projects simultaneously, and experience in multinational campaign management.

  • Experience with performance analytics and budget optimization.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
