Team Overview

DiDi is looking for a Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations to lead and scale our global recruiting infrastructure. In this role, you will manage a high-performing international team (based in Brazil, Mexico, and China) responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Operations ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to build, optimize, and innovate TA systems and programs that support high-impact hiring in a complex, fast-paced, and global environment.

You will act as a strategic partner to the Global TA Leadership team, playing a key role in operational excellence, candidate and stakeholder experience, process innovation, and the overall efficiency of the recruiting engine.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of TA Operations professionals based in Brazil, Mexico, and China.

  • Drive the execution and continuous improvement of key TA programs, including Referral, Internal Transfer, Rehire, Background Check, and Onsite Interview Experience.

  • Oversee the end-to-end Candidate and Hiring Manager experience, including scheduling, communication, and engagement.

  • Design and implement scalable enablement strategies for recruiters onboarding and hiring manager training.

  • Partner with Brand and Communications to strengthen employer branding across key markets.

  • Serve as the global owner of iCIMS (ATS), managing configuration, workflows, vendor relationships, and system optimization.

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for recruiting technology in collaboration with HRIS and Tech teams.

  • Manage the global TA budget, including tools, vendor contracts, and headcount planning.

  • Support talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning in partnership with HRBPs, People Analytics, and Finance.

Role Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related functions — with at least 3 years managing global or regional teams.

  • Proven success building and leading TA Ops teams in a global tech or high-growth company.

  • Deep knowledge of ATS platforms (iCIMS strongly preferred), recruiting tools, and HR systems.

  • Strong program management skills and a track record of designing scalable, data-driven TA programs.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with TA, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills — ability to interpret data and build operational plans based on insights.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (Portuguese, Spanish, or Mandarin) are a plus.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to influence across functions and cultures.
