We're looking for someone with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office management, administrative coordination, and HR support. - Supporting the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all employees.

- Managing office supplies and equipment, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely procurement.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and setting up necessary resources.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proactive and highly organized mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
- A strong "can-do" attitude, eager to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute positively to both office operations and HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to quickly learn new software and tools.
