Join DiDi's high-impact team as a Senior Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our competitive strategy and development in Latin America. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and business development, offering unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities


  1. Develop & Execute Winning Business Strategies

    • Formulate data-driven strategies to outperform ride-hailing competitors, balancing short-term wins with long-term market dominance

    • Identify high-impact business levers (e.g., incentives, product roadmap, marketing) and lead their execution 



  2. Deep Dive into Market & Competitive Insights

    • Conduct in-the-field research (city visits, stakeholder interviews) to uncover market trends and opportunities

    • Translate insights into actionable business strategies



  3. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, PR, government affairs, legal, and data science teams to execute business strategies 

    • Bridge regional strategy with local market execution 



  4. Team Building & Development

    • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on business growth

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability



Role Qualifications


  • 5-8 years in strategy, operations or consulting, preferably in tech or mobility sectors 

  • Hands on experience in implementing business initiatives and driving results  

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data

  • Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of an organization

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written/spoken)
