Estamos buscando un/a Especialista Junior de Aseguramiento de Calidad responsable, enfocado/a en el monitoreo de llamadas de cobranza, que entienda el proceso.
Esta persona debe identificar áreas de oportunidad, resolver problemas, proponer mejoras y comunicarse con el área operativa.
El/la candidato/a ideal será una persona competente que conozca el proceso de cobranza, sepa cómo inspeccionar la calidad y brindar retroalimentación al proceso.
Tendrá un conocimiento profundo de los procesos inherentes a las responsabilidades del puesto y estará orientado/a y enfocado/a a resultados.
El objetivo será asegurar que el monitoreo de calidad se realice de manera productiva para garantizar un proceso de cobranza adecuado.Monitorear el proceso de cobranza, ofrecer retroalimentación y asesoramiento.
Mantener el registro de horas trabajadas y los expedientes del personal.
Proponer mejoras al proceso.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y legales, y reportar cualquier desviación.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cobranza telefónica.
Título universitario o carrera trunca.
Pensamiento crítico.
Actuar como contacto clave con otras áreas.
Habilidades de comunicación.
Trabajo en equipo.
Atención al detalle.
