Team Overview

We're looking for a strategic and creative Employer Branding Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting DiDi and 99 across IBG countries. You will be the driving force behind our employer brand strategy — ensuring we attract, engage, and convert the best talent in the market through impactful storytelling and channel optimization.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how candidates perceive our culture, values, and opportunities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. If you're passionate about connecting people to purpose and building brand experiences that stand out, we’d love to meet you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead employer branding initiatives across IBG (Brazil, Mexico, etc.), aligning with business and talent acquisition goals.

  • Be the main point of contact and lead for activating recruitment marketing channels such as: LinkedIn (organic & paid campaigns), Glassdoor and Any new relevant talent platforms or job boards.

  • Manage and optimize our Careers Page experience — collaborating with tech, design, and content teams to ensure accuracy, attractiveness, and alignment with global brand standards.

  • Define and report on key branding KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.) and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Partner with TA, Corporate Communications, DEI, and business leaders to create compelling content (videos, employee stories, job ads, banners, etc.) that reinforces our EVP across touchpoints.

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring a consistent and authentic employer voice across all candidate-facing platforms.

  • Lead and coordinate branding-related vendor management, contracts, and budget tracking.

  • Explore and pilot new tools, events, and campaigns to expand our brand reach and talent pipeline.

Role Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or Communications (in-house or agency).

  • Experience managing multi-country employer branding efforts or regional projects.

  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, job boards, and social media content strategy.

  • Solid understanding of career site best practices, candidate journeys, and talent funnel engagement.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.

  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth, multicultural environment.

  • Creative, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

  • Fluent in English.
