We're launching something big in Brazil: a new food delivery business. This is one of our top priorities as a company – leveraging our robust ecosystem of 50m+ users across rides and Fintech products, with a network of 1.5m drivers, to compete in Brazil's dynamic food delivery market.
Our team needs someone to connect everyone together and tell our story. You'll work with business leaders, field teams, tech developers, and executives across Brazil and globally. This role reports to the director of internal and central comms and works closely with HR and PR teams.
A storyteller - Capturing moments that matter (a new restaurant partner, a successful delivery, a team win) and sharing them in ways that make people feel proud and connected.
A bridge-builder - Connecting our food team with other business lines in Brazil, sharing lessons with our global food teams, and making sure leadership understands what we're building.
An energizer - Creating weekly reports, enhancing biweekly team rituals, and co-creating recognition programs that keep everyone aligned and motivated. You'll work closely with leadership to engage new hires, and field members to make them feel included and connected to the office teams.
A morale guardian - Strengthening team engagement in a competitive environment. You'll support employee onboarding, improve visibility for all team levels, and help leadership navigate difficult conversations while maintaining confidentiality.
