As a Growth Marketing Sr. Analyst, you will be:
Developing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, building brand awareness and perception in new markets.
Defining strategic communication plans and developing low funnel campaigns to ensure the successful and sustainable growth of the product in new markets.
Understanding users, finding relevant local insights and creating user value
Positioning a new product in the market, ensuring its successful adoption, and setting it on a path for sustainable growth.
Analyzing user data, business results, and market trends to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
Working cross-functionally with product, operations, and design teams to optimize user engagement and retention.
Managing the unit’s budget, including reporting and financial-related processes such as purchase order creation, invoicing, and reporting.
Leading excellent execution of all campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience gained in marketing, consulting
Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing teams.
Knowledge in branding and go to marketing strategies.
Fast learner; ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization / fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Brand and business KPIs analysis
Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English.
