Team Overview

The Business Assistant will support BR Fintech Leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will face hands-on and a wide range of administrative, logistical, and project-based tasks in supporting leaders. This role is designed to ensure the efficient execution of key business initiatives, foster strong cross-functional collaboration and contribute to the seamless functioning of the dynamic of 99Pay and Solva in Brazil.


 

Role Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive logistical coordination for a variety of key business initiatives, including strategic workshops, cross-functional team meetings, leadership offsites, and internal team engagement events.




  • Develop, refine, and adapt communications, presentations, and reports for diverse internal and external stakeholders, articulating key messages and insights.




  • Assist in shaping narratives and content for various business audiences, internally and in the company’s social media.




  • Conduct research and compile information to aid in decision-making processes for various initiatives.




  • Manage and oversee administrative processes, such as purchasing and internal controls of budget and reporting ensuring efficient operations.




  • Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.




  • Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of projects;




 

Role Qualifications



  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration,  Communications.




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.




  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.




  • Results oriented, with strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, learning fast and working independently.




  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.




  • Relationship builder and able to create rapport with different levels and types of stakeholders.




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
