This position will face hands-on and a wide range of administrative, logistical, and project-based tasks in supporting leaders. This role is designed to ensure the efficient execution of key business initiatives, foster strong cross-functional collaboration and contribute to the seamless functioning of the dynamic of 99Pay and Solva in Brazil.
Provide comprehensive logistical coordination for a variety of key business initiatives, including strategic workshops, cross-functional team meetings, leadership offsites, and internal team engagement events.
Develop, refine, and adapt communications, presentations, and reports for diverse internal and external stakeholders, articulating key messages and insights.
Assist in shaping narratives and content for various business audiences, internally and in the company’s social media.
Conduct research and compile information to aid in decision-making processes for various initiatives.
Manage and oversee administrative processes, such as purchasing and internal controls of budget and reporting ensuring efficient operations.
Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of projects;
Graduated Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Results oriented, with strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, learning fast and working independently.
Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
Relationship builder and able to create rapport with different levels and types of stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
