We are looking for a SoMe Creative Manager team that can join the Marketing SSL Organisation to help us become the most relevant brand in the industry within the SoMe channels. This role will collaborate closely with the Sr. Regional Social Media Manager, who will be in charge of strategy, process, stakeholder management and team vision. The role of the SoMe Creative Manager will be to support the team in terms of the creative vision of the Brand, understanding our tone, guidelines, business units, audiences and needs, and translating that into strategic opportunities that can help us go beyond our service offering and build meaning.
This role will not be in charge of ideation and/or execution of ideas, they will work closely with our internal and external creative teams, social media reports, leading briefs, reviewing and selecting ideas, making sure they meet our business objectives and brand ambitions. They will also be involved in the definition of the day to day process, reactive content opportunities, reporting and performance, helping us pave the way for strategic, creative and effective ideas.
Working closely with the Sr. Regional SoMe Manager to refine our strategy, and build a relevant role for DiDi in SoMe channels across the region.
Be a Brand expert, be able to translate our essence, needs and TOV into a differentiated regional SoMe strategy.
Support the Sr. Regional Social Media Manager in establishing creative WOW, with internal and external teams
Lead the creative process with all creative teams involved (from brief to final delivery)
Stakeholder management, build trust and connection with our different Business Units (Food, Rides, MasterBrand and Travel)
Help DiDi's Marketing team become SoMe experts, and integrate this critical element to our annual plan, campaigns and always on
Challenge our current understanding and execution of the SoMe strategy, help us become the most relevant brand in the industry within SoMe
Bring constant inspiration and information, so DiDi Marketing's team is always up to date with formats, trends, opportunities, watch outs, etc
Keep a close eye to our competition and relevant Brands, so we can learn and also react when necessary
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions along with DiDi Studios, Media and agencies
Collaborate with the SoMe Analysts to track that the social media implementation goes according to the brand regional strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing social media campaigns for a Brand or Company (Creative or Strategic roles)
Proven experience managing regional social media strategies or multiple social media strategies across different markets or clients.
Experience with different social media tactics like influencers, social media paid formats, community management.
Familiarity with the paid media landscape in social media.
Strong stakeholder management (Creative Head, Creative VP, Brand Managers, Creative Managers, Agency teams, multiple clients management or have worked with different stakeholders within a company)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to guide internal and creative teams, understand the Brand and our guidelines
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Familiarity working with social media management and reporting tools like Emplifi, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.
Experience working with planning tools like Monday, Asana.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
A passion for social media and staying ahead of the curve in the digital landscape
Soft skills that will help him/her/they collaborate with Marketing teams and all its stakeholders
Be able to train and inspire MKT teams (sharing knowledge, building case studies, trainings, etc)
