Team Overview

Join DiDi Card as a Growth Intern! You will be part of the team in charge of acquiring new users through innovative strategies and development of a high value product. You'll leverage your copywriting expertise, operational skills, and data analysis mastery to execute high-impact campaigns. Additionally, you'll identify growth opportunities, attract potential leads, and optimize conversion. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence teams, you'll play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

Role Responsibilities


  • Launching acquisition campaigns through in-app platforms and external digital channels

  • Developing detailed and concise benchmarks regarding the financial landscape in Mexico

  • Conducting data-driven analyses to identify key growth drivers and ellaborate proper hypothesis for business development

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to strategize and execute acquisition efforts

  • Designing and improving communications to achieve effective conversion through the different phases of the marketing funnel.

  • Developing a/b tests to optimize user acquisition goals

Role Qualifications


  • Finance, Communication, Marketing or related field academic background (minimum graduation date: Summer 2026).

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion or strong interest in financial services and start-up environment.

  • Analytical and structured with solid problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to take ownership of the assigned projects.

  • Self-motivation, proactiveness, and willingness to uncertainty.

  • Data driven efficiency and compliance with KPI achievements.

  • Understanding of the financial landscape in Mexico.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or some other query language (preferred but not necessary).
