Develop rolling financial projections with scenario analysis to support agile decision-making

Architect financial tracking systems for emerging business lines
Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for critical financial metrics
Financial Operations
Oversee month-end closing procedures and P&L reporting
Implement controls to enhance accuracy and mitigate financial risks
Strategic Analysis
Conduct multidimensional financial analyses flexibly
Delivery necessary report towards leadership team to support decision-making
Business Partnership
Serve as strategic finance advisor to business unit leaders
