#LI-HybridWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing manager to lead the development, execution and management of brand initiatives for the 99 brand for the platform's driver partners. This role requires a creative and analytical professional capable of creating compelling brand moments, driving engagement across multiple channels and ensuring brand consistency across supply-side, core business and brand actions.

Campaign planning and execution
Strategize, plan, implement, optimize and report on the annual calendar of campaigns in organic and paid media channels (offline, digital, social, partnerships and PR initiatives).
Collaborate with the creative, media and product teams to develop innovative campaigns that increase brand presence and platform partner driver engagement.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to continuously optimize brand strategies.
Cross-functional leadership
Lead the planning and development of marketing actions for partner drivers, in collaboration with the other verticals in the area, to build and evolve 99's brand perception and business results.
Manage brand image and initiatives, in collaboration with the government affairs and corporate communications teams.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on objectives, share insights, and promote a consistent brand voice across all touch points with the platform's driver partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within delivery, tech, mobility, or consumer-focused industries.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, user journey and promotional campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in trade marketing, business collaboration, and campaign management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
