Joining the Driver Operations team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies. This role, driven by data, requires a combination of consumer-focused analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to build and manage DiDi's business across all Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) regions. The Vehicle Solutions team plays a crucial role in DiDi’s continued expansion throughout SSL by focusing on strategies for acquiring, converting, and retaining additional supply.
Ideal candidates should have strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, excellent time management and organizational skills, and be prepared to lead by example. Whether it's designing new incentives, identifying areas for improvement, evaluating implementation options, or collaborating with our global engineering team on new features, you'll be constantly looking for scalable solutions that contribute directly to DiDi's growth in Mexico and LATAM.
