As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform by turning data into insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance the experience for both drivers and riders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about solving real-world operational problems through data, eager to grow their analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Working with data to monitor key operational metrics across driver and rider segments.
Identifying trends and performance gaps, and helping translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Supporting the planning and execution of operational initiatives, including incentive programs, feature rollouts, and local activations.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—such as Product, Marketing, and City Ops—to align on priorities and drive results.
Assisting in building reports and dashboards to enable visibility, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
Contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the overall user experience.
Continuously learning from real-world challenges and developing a strong understanding of platform operations at scale.
Strong interest in data and analytics, with the ability to interpret information and contribute to insight-driven discussions and recommendations.
Exposure to, or a willingness to learn, data tools and analytical techniques to identify trends and support operational decisions.
Familiarity with Excel; willingness to advance proficiency over time.
SQL experience is a plus, or an eagerness to learn SQL to work with large datasets more efficiently.
Curious and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to learn from real-world operational challenges.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
