Team Overview

 The Regional Marketing Manager plays a key role in connecting 99Food’s national marketing strategy to regional commercial realities. You’ll be responsible for leading city-specific restaurant marketing initiatives to accelerate sign-ups, platform readiness, and brand consistency — while engaging with local stakeholders and key restaurant partners to drive business growth.

Role Responsibilities



  • Leading regional marketing plans to support restaurant acquisition, onboarding readiness, and promotional engagement across key cities.




  • Driving restaurant and consumer marketing initiatives that are directly tied to city-level revenue and operational goals.




  • Developing city-specific engagement campaigns, including in-app strategies and local events when relevant.




  • Supporting rollout of national promo and brand campaigns at the regional level, ensuring compliance and performance.




  • Partnering with commercial teams and city GMs to understand supply gaps and unlock opportunities with key local accounts.




  • Deploying restaurant-facing materials, including onboarding kits, POS visibility, trade dress, and training content.




  • Monitoring brand perception and execution consistency across cities, ensuring alignment with 99Food’s brand standards.




 

Role Qualifications



  • 4–6 years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, trade marketing, or brand execution.




  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and how to activate commercial partners on the ground.




  • Experience leading initiatives that directly impact business results at a city or regional level.




  • Excellent project management and communication skills.




  • Experience working with sales or commercial teams to unlock supply-side growth.




  • Passion for operational excellence and tactical execution across multiple cities.




  • Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English.
