Team Overview

 At 99Food, the Restaurant Marketing Senior Manager will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive restaurant acquisition, platform readiness, and promotional engagement at scale. Sitting at the intersection of marketing and commercial operations, this role is pivotal in enabling supply growth while reinforcing brand equity through trade activation and restaurant experience.

Role Responsibilities



  • Leading the restaurant marketing strategy to drive sign-ups, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of partners across the platform.




  • Owning initiatives that directly contribute to city operation and revenue goals through local restaurant and consumer engagement strategies.




  • Overseeing the design and execution of acquisition campaigns, feature education (B-side), trade loyalty initiatives, and in-app promo engagement mechanics.




  • Partnering with Growth, Brand, and Commercial teams to ensure restaurant marketing is aligned with platform goals, city priorities, and brand narratives.




  • Developing trade marketing playbooks and scalable activation toolkits, including in-store visibility (POS materials, trade dress) and brand compliance strategies.




  • Driving development and deployment of restaurant-facing communications, including training platforms, benefit programs, and engagement content.




  • Managing agency and vendor relationships for creative, production, and trade deployment needs.




 

Role Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in B2B, Marketplaces or trade marketing, ideally in tech, retail, or F&B.




  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating large-scale partner campaigns.




  • Deep understanding of local trade dynamics and the levers that move small and medium businesses.




  • Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of executional excellence.




  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on attitude in fast-paced environments.




Fluency in Portuguese and English.
