#LI-HybridWe're looking for a sharp CRM Analyst to optimize our B2B strategies, specifically leveraging our restaurant database. You'll be key in driving sales, improving retention, and enhancing the customer journey for our restaurant partners. This role involves turning restaurant-specific data into actionable insights for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Manage & Optimize CRM: Administer and configure our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support B2B processes for restaurants.
Analyze Restaurant Data: Utilize existing reports and dashboards to analyze trends like sales cycles, conversion rates, and churn within the restaurant sector, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive B2B Restaurant Lifecycle Strategy: Collaborate with teams to implement CRM-driven strategies across the entire restaurant customer lifecycle, from initial lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration to account growth and retention.
Support & Collaborate: Be the CRM expert, providing training and support on best practices for managing and engaging our restaurant database.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of experience with CRM with a strong B2B focus.
Proven experience working with B2B databases, ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
Expertise with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
