You'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurants are well-informed and empowered to utilize our platform effectively.
Draft Restaurant Communications: Assist in writing and editing clear, concise, and impactful messages to our restaurant partners. These communications will cover topics such as quality improvement initiatives, operational best practices, new feature announcements, and general platform updates.
Create Step-by-Step Guides: Develop user-friendly, visual, and easy-to-understand step-by-step guides and tutorials on how to effectively use various features within our restaurant application. This will involve understanding complex processes and simplifying them for diverse users.
Support Content Management: Help organize and maintain our internal and external knowledge bases for restaurants, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Gather Feedback & Insights: Assist in collecting feedback from restaurant partners (e.g., through surveys or communication channels) to understand their pain points and inform future communication strategies.
Research & Best Practices: Research best practices in user education and business communication to continually improve our content strategies.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
Intermediate or Advanced English.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and clarity in all communications.
Ability to simplify complex information into easily digestible content.
Proficiency in standard office software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Google Slides, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, the restaurant industry, delivery platforms, or B2B communications.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
A quick learner with a positive attitude and a desire to take initiative.
