Team Overview

The Sales Operations Senior Manager plays a central role in maximizing sales efficiency by ensuring strategic alignment, operational clarity, and measurable results.
This position focuses on managing, optimizing, and continuously analyzing processes, tools, and metrics that support the commercial teams.

Role Responsibilities


  • Analyzing, designing, and implementing streamlined processes to enhance the productivity of commercial teams.


  • Leading sales planning and forecasting initiatives, providing detailed insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions.




  • Monitoring operational KPIs and metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.




  • Managing CRM tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, integrated, and effective.




  • Providing clear and concise executive-level reporting on commercial performance, pipeline health, and projections.




  • Collaborating directly with commercial leaders to continuously improve commercial processes and optimize the sales funnel.




  • Implementing best practices and training to enhance the effective use of sales tools and systems.



Role Qualifications

Qualifications:




  • Minimum of +7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.




Preferred Skills:




  • The ideal candidate should possess advanced Excel skills and have experience with analytical tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce and so on.




  • The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar platforms.




  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies.




Competencies:




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.




  • Aptitude for making rapid and assertive decisions in dynamic environments.
