Team Overview

La función principal de un Hunter es prospectar nuevos clientes mediante un estricto trabajo de campo, constantes reuniones cara a cara, llamadas en frío y otros medios que promuevan y generen el interés de clientes potenciales. El Hunter debe planificar y ejecutar estrategias persuasivas para lograr afiliar a las mejores cuentas dentro del mercado y a la vez trabajar de la mano con la gerencia de nivel medio / alto, los jefes de operaciones y el personal del restaurante. Por esto buscamos personas con un amplio conocimiento del mercado y excelentes habilidades de ventas. 


 

Role Responsibilities


  • Prospectar clientes, diagnosticar sus requerimientos y construir una solución de valor para cada uno de ellos.

  • Identificar y colaborar estrechamente con aquellos encargados de toma de decisiones de nuestros socios comerciales. 

  • Establecer relaciones comerciales con tomadores de decisiones (Dueños, gerentes, franquiciatarios) de restaurantes aliados, construyendo y fomentando una relación a largo plazo y con una mentalidad ganar-ganar.

  • Visitar restaurantes diariamente, presentando los beneficios y diferenciadores de DiDiFood de manera efectiva y persuasiva.

  • Realizar informes de progreso semanales y asegurar que los datos sean precisos. 

  • Realizar un seguimiento preciso y personalizado con cada cliente.  

  • Diagnosticar las necesidades del cliente y construir propuestas de valor personalizadas que maximicen el beneficio mutuo.

  • Negociar condiciones comerciales que favorezcan una adopción rápida y rentable para ambas partes. 

  • Dar seguimiento detallado a cada cliente desde el primer contacto hasta su activación, asegurando una transición sin fricciones. 

  • Mantener actualizado el CRM con información precisa y accionable.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos (Operaciones, Marketing, Soporte) para garantizar una implementación fluida. 

  • Representar a DiDi con profesionalismo, entusiasmo y alineación con nuestros valores y propósito. 


 

Role Qualifications


  • Contar con 2 o más años de experiencia comercial.

  • Mentalidad de Hunter: Organizado, proactivo, competitivo y autónomo; capaz de trabajar con fechas límites claras y orientado al logro de objetivos.

  • Habilidades comprobadas de comunicación oral y escrita, con capacidad de persuadir a otros para que acepten conceptos de servicio/soluciones que pueden diferir de sus perspectivas.

  •  Poseer capacidad y flexibilidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado, y con metas retadoras.

  • Habilidades interpersonales: debe tener la capacidad de mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas, asertivas, colaborativas y cooperativas con clientes internos y externos y organizaciones multifuncionales.

  • Fuertes habilidades de venta, negociación, y persistencia para lograr objetivos.

  • Habilidad de prospección de clientes, adquiriendo un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades para diagnosticar sus requerimientos.

  • Excel Intermedio.
