  • Work on brand campaigns, from concept to execution, across various channels to elevate our brand's presence across SSL.

Role Responsibilities



  • Support masterbrand campaigns, incorporating input from cross-functional teams and driving corrective actions when needed for specific projects and initiatives.




  • Provide operational support in budget tracking and campaign management.




  • Follow up on the execution of masterbrand campaigns across Paid Media, TV, OOH, Social Media, and PR.




  • Assist in crafting campaign briefs and driving them through to completion.




  • Conduct research to support campaign and brand strategy development.




  • Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.




  • Support the maintenance and content updates of DiDi’s internal Brandcenter.




  • Act as royalty controller for all Marketing department




  • Assist in conducting brand audits in order to maintain brand consistency.




  • Support in compiling brand benchmarks and competitor analysis.




 

Role Qualifications



  • 1+ year of experience managing brand and / or marketing campaigns with a mix of digital proven creative excellence. 




  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to frame marketing strategies, understand results and support proposed approaches. 




  • Exceptional critical thinking skills. 




  • Strong follow up, project management skills are required. 




  • Experience working with creative agencies and production companies is a plus. 




  • Experience in ride hailing, food delivery, startup and highly dynamic companies is a plus.




  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
